Reflective Supervision Overview
**This training is an overview of Reflective Supervision designed for all staff (supervisors and non-supervisor staff) **
Reflective Supervision is about bringing an overall environment for continuous learning about one’s professional self in relation to the work with children, families and colleagues. The concept of reflective supervision is to enhance professional growth in staff. The goal of this training is to learn how to respond effectively to the complex emotions which this work evokes in order to best support the parent-child relationship.
The training will address the challenges of providing sufficient intensity of learning opportunities necessary for successful implementation of this concept, and the eight elements that must be present in the relation between supervisor and supervisee.
This training will be conducted by Paula Moujalli. Paula has more than 10 years of experience in the early childhood field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
